It is great to speak to one of the team about specific requirements rather than attempting to navigate a virtual IT program that is restrictive and pre-programmed on the basis of assumed needs. An amazing 5* Service.
Only slight issue was the connections were a bit tight - on the way out we missed our connection and on the way back we had to run and only just made it. Would have been fine with just adults but with kids and elderly parents think we probably should have gone for flights with longer connection times.
I highly recommend Eve as an excellent travel representative - she always delivers what we ask for in a very professional and friendly manner.
