Whilst used to paying accommodation taxes, as I had booked for 3 rooms for 10 days, was a bit surprised to be hit with a E450 bill when I arrived. I should have done my research

TUI need to improve a) their app - it was impossible, even with your help, to check in both times and b) to let people know if they cancel your flight and put you on another leaving 2 hrs later. No word or apology and had to rearrange onward travel having arrived unnecessarily early at the airport. None of this DAF's fault!
DialAFlight stuck with me through a worrying time while I was in Corfu and had to come home early. Thank you Gareth .
