Charlie organised our flights to Cyprus for my son's wedding, including arranging for his brother’s flight from Peru to Paphos via Gatwick for the wedding. Although BA cancelled a couple of the flights, Charlie was on the other end of the phone with advice. Thank you from a grateful Mum

Excellent service as always

Great friendly service

Consider including an option to change the time of the return airport transfer - although no issues encountered, we would have been pushed for time to arrange another form of transport should they not have arrived…(or had a puncture/traffic en route)

I found Tommy Ellis and his team ever so helpful and am using him again for next year

Due to the ATC issues we were contacted by DialAFlight to make sure we were OK and to advise that our flights were scheduled to still operate which they were. We flew home and arrived only 20 minutes later than planned.

Thank you again Sadie for an absolutely brilliant holiday. We will be back again very soon to book our next trip. We have been with you for 20 years so thanks from us all.
