Initial booking was very easy. We were given excellent options and our final itinerary was perfect. Our trip coincided with unrest in Mexico and the second leg of our trip was hanging in the balance due to Foreign Office travel advice. Sam and Howard responded with alternative return flights which fortunately we didn't need as the situation improved. We were so impressed with the reassuring service we received from them.

Lucas Moore managed to get me a premium comfort seat on a KLM flight from Mexico City to Amsterdam for a price which was around what I normally pay for an economy flight. The experience was excellent in terms of the quality of food, inflight service and the amount of seat space. His attention to the needs of customers is of the highest standard. He always searches for the best options, and does his upmost to resolve any difficulties that arise with airlines.
