It was very tight on transfer from Phoenix to Cabo as plane arrived 15 minutes late
I had to make a change whilst away and this was dealt with very quickly.

Seven hour delay at Mexico City was the only issue.
You were great, American Airlines were awful! They lost both our suitcases for 3 days, and I received no updates. We incurred multiple costs trying to sort it out, and having to buy emergency clothes / toiletries. I'd certainly never fly with them again.

So relieved DialAFlight booked with a good airline. American Airlines were superb and rerouted my flights home as well as possible. Wouldn’t choose to fly Air Mexico again by choice though!

Aeromexico plane was very good, clean and very new with plenty of leg room
Aeromexico were very helpful on check in and through the flights, the price was good and both were smart aircraft. The food was DREADFUL no choice - some inedible vegetarian pasta for the main meal and the breakfast was no better but a kind attendant gave me plenty of red wine and found me a packet of biscuits - I would recommend / use them again but TAKE A PACKED MEAL.
Excellent personable service by Adam who maintained contact throughout the whole process and ensured we had no concerns or issues.
Edward was very helpful and if he wasn't available someone else on his team was always available to talk.
We had a brilliant time in Prague and are very grateful to Spike for organising our flight and hotel which was in the perfect location.
