Knowledge around US connections would show that passport check is always long so more time for connections should be suggested
Stevie and Jim were great in sorting our lovely holiday.
My outbound flight delayed by 2 hours due to a technical fault meant my onward flight to Mexico was missed. While I was automatically reprotected onto TWO flights the following day, a quick message to the office (very early AM for me) gave Chris and Tristan the opportunity to find a direct option with 2 remaining seats later that morning saving a lot of extra travel and hassle!
Flight and accommodation was fine, however the beach and sea was full of sargassum which smelt like rotten eggs
Customer service is very important to me when using a service and DialAFlight's is excellent. I was always able to speak to a human, you always answered the phone quickly and everyone not only knew what I was talking about but was able to help.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly and could not do anough for you. The hotel and surrounding areas were well kept and very clean. Would definitely recomend this hotel and would love to go back there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was BA. But overall an excellent time had.
I always recommend DialAFlight and specifically Dexter. He is amazing and always tells me honestly with confidence. I know he travels and can give me honest advice.
