All flights were perfect. But Secrets Cozumel was not up to standard of Puerto Vallerta. Food wasn’t good and place was generally run down.
Stacey could not have been more helpful - everything ran smoothly and the hotel was lovely.
Great experience with Natasha. Particularly the attention to our concerns with the size of the hotel and specific request to be closer to the adult only pool. Conveying this to the hotel proved key to our enjoyment of the trip.
Callum is utterly amazing. He is so on it with everything and so comfortable to talk to. We had the time of our lives on our recent holiday and I cannot wait to book with him again!

Not for the first time his advice, guidance and support meant we enjoyed the most wonderful holiday in Mexico. We then enjoyed three lovely days in New York on the way home, staying at the hotel that Gavin recommended; a superb choice.
