Always a professional service
You were very good at booking my flights to Guatemala and back and also replying to all of my queries. The way into Guatemala through Miami was very good, but the return through Dallas was very difficult as too busy..
A night flight of 7 hours starting at 9pm does not give one much time to sleep. Ironically would have preferred a longer flight - to make use of the business class beds!
We were affected by the closure of Heathrow and were very grateful that Liam was able to keep us informed and find us an alternative flight.

The service is exceptional.
Overloaded plane in Guatemala meant a three hour delay and then a very rushed take off. Customers were standing up as the plane began to move without warning. Five passengers were bribed with $1,000 to get off plane and get a later flight. Those of us with connections to Europe were very stressed. On the plus side you did hold the plane for us in Houston and that flight was perfect.

Excellent help from the DialAFlight staff. Although i wouldn't like to use Iberia flights again the staff were not helpful and didn't seem to know what they were doing or what was in the food they were serving.

Honestly cannot recommend Lucas enough! He was sensational, when our flights all went to pot because of the hurricane in Houston, Lucas was there to pick up the pieces. He is a sensational credit to your company and i would love to book flights through Lucas again.

Great prices and follow up
Excellent service - I scoured the internet then called DialAFlight. They gave the cheapest priced flight of all and covered all our additional needs. My wife is disabled and DialAFlight notified all the airlines and assistance was immediately available on arrival. Brilliant service - highly recommend.
