Swiss Travel are an excellent choice in Costa Rica. Iberia are not the best carrieras their customer service is not the greatest

Our trip to Costa Rica was amazing! The hotels were of a good standard and all transfers ran smoothly. Thanks to Charles for all the organising. The only surprise we had was that we had booked premium economy with Air Canada to Toronto and the onward and return flight to San Jose 'Business'. It was actually with Air Canada's low cost subsidiary and not at all a business class experience.
I would like to personally thank Ian Newton for his help with my flights. He was outstanding!

You were superstars in rebooking us onto a new flight as ours got cancelled by BA. We thought it was cancelled due to bad weather in the UK but we found out they’d obviously overbooked it.

The excursions and itinerary was perfect and covered exactly what we wanted from our stay in Costa Rica. All transfers, tour guides and activities arranged via Dial a Flight were fantastic, professional and always on time. Thank you to Mason for his excellent service and managing our booking from start to finish, he is a credit to Dial a Flight.
Not your fault but I will never fly American Airlines again. They were terrible. One thing that you probably need to make clear is that unlike most airlines these days you have to call to order vegetarian food and even then you're unlikely to get it.

Whilst DialAFlight's service was impeccable Iberia's was not. A shambles really, with a poorly equipped aircraft which did not have working reclining seats on a night flight, awful food which made me ill and below par service overall.
I will always organise my flights with you. Marco is the best but everyone else amazing too!
