We had a marvellous experience with Delta. Wonderful staff, very comfortable and super clean planes, flights leaving on time and arriving early. Returning, we put our luggage on at St Thomas and off it popped at Heathrow without our having seen it in between. Superb.We recommend DialAFlight whenever we have the chance.

The BA experience was not a patch on similar class on Virgin Atlantic. Timings were good however and the Redbury Hotel in Miami was very comfortable - the staff were very helpful and supplied lots of toiletries when our luggage was delayed in London. BA did not deliver in St Thomas so we had to drive to the airport to collect it
We had a fantastic holiday - the hotels we chose on Alfie's recommendation were absolutely perfect and we will definitely be using you again
