Very effective. Sorted quite quickly. Great customer centric approach. Only one snag was that my flight was booked as premium economy on the outward journey from the UK and I was only made aware of this on my return journey having travllled economy - so did not benefit from it unfortunately.

I always use DialAFlight to book long haul flights. Although I do have a look around online too DialAFlight always offer the best prices and makes it easier to choose the shortest flights at the best times of day. They also make it easy to book flights in different classes, for example flying out in business class but back in economy, which would be impossible to book online.
