It was good to speak to Conrad again and the fact he has been there for so many years gave me a lot of confidence in re-booking.

All went well with the arrangements. BA have a lot to do to get back any feeling of excellence about their service and product!

Firstly thank you to Emma for sorting out the filghts, she was very helpful and always happy to take my call. With all connections getting back home, it took us 19 hours to get back to Gatwick, now I understand why - Winair are short of staff, hence all the notifications from you that the flight times had been changed. I will not be useing Winair again, for now. Prefer to pay the extra money and use the French or Dutch Airlines to St Maarten.

Service and pre-flight excellent

I'd just like to mention how helpful Karina (emergency night time helpline) and Aidan were when we missed our flights home. Not much could be done overnight when American Airlines' offices were closed, but Karina emailed them immediately we were in contact with her having explained our predicament and in the morning Aidan was on the case for us
