Niall is an absolute star, cannot recommend him more highly! Probably wouldn’t recommend American though. We had 5 flights, all were delayed and majority of check-in staff were rude and discourteous to passengers (not at Manchester though).

Allow passengers more time in Miami if they have a connecting flight. Customs took so long we missed our flight. American Airline staff were so rude and extremely unhelpful at the airport it really upset us and it spoiled the start of our trip

My flight was delayed by 6 hours after evacuation of terminal 3 at Manchester. It was absolute chaos and no one seemed to know what was happening. A quick call to DialAFlight soon resolved that.
