On reflection a direct flight to Calgary from Heathrow would have been a better choice. While the tours were very well organised most were 10 hours or more, so a day's rest between trips is needed as we are not as young as we used to be.
Lucy Macnab was amazing in sorting out alternative flights in what seemed a matter of minutes after the Air Canada fiasco. She was so supportive and caring in getting the best result for me.
Brilliant holiday apart from small issue with Brewster travel. We found it frustrating confirming our pick up times and evidently this is a problem that's been encountered with other people.
Taylor was helpful and prompt to deal with everything. Hotel in Banff was a bit dated and past its best - you could do with a more modern option there

The hotels were adequate. Would have preferred better quality hotels, particularly at our last destination, in Victoria.
Couldn't check in online due to our booking not recognising our paid baggage allowance
We asked for assistance both ways. Our 90 year old Mum was dropped at baggage collections where she had to retrieve her own bag off the belt!

Overall, great booking experience and follow up. Shame the airlines can’t be as efficient as you. Two suitcases damaged which had to be replaced and 3 flight delays. But thanks for your professionalism.
