Eric was brilliant - he got me the best deal, and he even followed it up with a call before I went to make sure I was OK. However my experience with Air Canada was awful. I was delayed both ways and missed my grandson's birthday party. This wouldn’t stop me from booking with Eric and again
Love the fact you answer the calls and don't get fobbed off. Ours was a problematic trip, but they helped us wherever they could.
Due to covid this trip was delayed for 2 years and Peter Smith never "dropped the ball" - excellent customer service. My only mistake was to book a couple of hotel stays through Expedia, big mistake!
