Just a bit of feedback on the hotels: The Park Royal in Sydney was perfect; great location, excellent large rooom, great service, modern and most definitely 4 star quality. The Windsor in Melbourne is living on past glories; it is dated both in terms of its service and its appearance. Thank you Kitty and the team. I definitely recommend your service.
Once again you guys made everything so simple. Firstly talking to someone on the phone (who speaks English), then everything just happened and fell into place beautifully. We didn’t have to think about hotels in transit, transfers to those lovely hotels, even the check in reminders happened in a timely manner. Thank you so much.

Leg room in economy was not good
I would not recommend breakfast at the Crowne Promenade Melbourne. Zero star rating from us.
I particularly like the personal touch and knowing I could contact our manager any time I had a query, which I did, being quite naïve about modern flying. I should have contacted Visa to let them know we were going to Australia as they blocked my card when I needed it and caused a lot of stress. That's not the fault of DialAFlight but it may be advisable to let people know before they travel.
An excellent service provided from beginning to end. Molly was always at the end of the phone whenever I had any queries and if she was not available another member of the team was there to step in. A lovely gesture having a call from Molly a few days prior to my flight asking if everything was okay and wishing me a happy holiday.
I dealt with Natasha and have been extremely impressed with her professional and friendly approach answering any queries throughout the booking process. Also Samuel assisted at the beginning and again I appreciated his helpful service so many thanks to both and DialAFlight. I will be only too happy to recommend you to friends.
