Hotel in KL, the Oasia was very good The Chow Kit was very average with safety improvements needed

Assistance at Singapore Airport was very bad both to and from Australia. Will be booking with either Emirates or Etihad in the future. Singapore Airline B777 300E on flight from Singapore to Heathrow was an old plane, loud at times especially in the first 30 min and there were a few faults. Not impressed! But that has nothing to do with your service!
