We didn't realise that our JetStar flight from Cairns to Tokyo didn't include everything. We had to pay extra to use the entertainment system and if we wanted drinks other than water plus two complimentary cups of coffee each.

Planning our first visit to Australia and working around the date of a family wedding in Melbourne took some planning. Ed worked with us patiently, gave us some great advice on Cairns, worked in a stopover in Singapore and flights into and out of different locations in Australia to maximise our use of time.
