Probably I wouldn't choose quite so many guided tours ( 3 one day and I think 4 another) it's TOO hot for that - but that aside all was fine with the hotels in Hoy An and Cambodia being 5* ( in my opinion ).
When Qatar Airways gives you an overnight stop in Doha, your checked-in baggage cannot be offloaded in Doha but has to be sent directly to final destination. We didn't know this, and ended up in Doha with no toiletries or change of clothes. They did tell us this at Da Nang airport, but at that stage, to try to repack to accommodate would have been a nightmare. So, maybe keep this item on file for future reference. Otherwise excellent service from you, and highly recommended.

Future customers need to be advised of the requirement for a shuttle bus transit from national to international terminals at Hanoi. The only signage is at the bus stop which, if you did not know was needed, you would not look for. Our internal flight was delayed and the international flight was almost fully boarded when we arrived at the gate.
Can’t list all the good things, there are so many. The bad are very very few and are so trivial, I won’t even mention them. We will be calling you about our next trip.
