With hindsight, I’d have preferred a different route home. But everything went smoothly and that was really reassuring.

DialAFlight service excellent; however, our recent return journey to Kathmandu left something to be desired. In choosing to fly Emirates it was not made clear that the Dubai to Kathmandu leg is subcontracted to Fly Dubai. The Fly Dubai service was poor and late. Missed connection to LHR which required a night stopover in Dubai
Tristan did another fantastic job arranging flights and was always available to support us.
The knowledge that you are available 24-7 should we need assistance is reassuring. In fact this trip to Nepal went well, so there was no need to ask for help. Thank you for your excellent service
For information for other customers, I booked into the sleep pods at Doha airport (my idea, not yours). If anyone else is planning to use them they were uncomfortable and didn't fold fully flat.
Donovan was great and gave me confidence. I got the seats I was promised and cmmunications were timely and useful

I love the support DialAFlight provides and I like being able to quickly sort flights with a real person who can see the best value ones.
Ewan's experience and professionalism shone through once again. Also, the back up team in the office were excellent. I had to make a call during the holiday and the team responded promptly and resolved my query with no hassle. Fantastic.

The trip had problems for us because Qatar Airways cancelled our flight and we were left to sort out another flight. The next available one was 8 days after our original flight.
Scott did an absolutely great job of getting us out of Kathmandu. Much appreciated.

Thanks for your help on what was inevitably a complicated booking. The only issue for me was that we had 6 separate booking references which made it more complicated.
