Because we booked through you the hassle of having to claim our money back from Emirates was not down to us and flights with Thai Airways were secured. This meant we could still go on the same dates even though it cost more and was a longer journey.
As always, the flights were good times of day - plenty of time to travel from Wales to Heathrow and back on our return. Qatar is a very comfortable airline.

With hindsight, I’d have preferred a different route home. But everything went smoothly and that was really reassuring.
When a flight plan gets complicated, sometimes it's just simpler to DialAFlight
DialAFlight service excellent; however, our recent return journey to Kathmandu left something to be desired. In choosing to fly Emirates it was not made clear that the Dubai to Kathmandu leg is subcontracted to Fly Dubai. The Fly Dubai service was poor and late. Missed connection to LHR which required a night stopover in Dubai
Tristan did another fantastic job arranging flights and was always available to support us.
The knowledge that you are available 24-7 should we need assistance is reassuring. In fact this trip to Nepal went well, so there was no need to ask for help. Thank you for your excellent service
For information for other customers, I booked into the sleep pods at Doha airport (my idea, not yours). If anyone else is planning to use them they were uncomfortable and didn't fold fully flat.

All went to plan
The trip had problems for us because Qatar Airways cancelled our flight and we were left to sort out another flight. The next available one was 8 days after our original flight.
Scott did an absolutely great job of getting us out of Kathmandu. Much appreciated.
First class service. Danny was very patient with my changing requirements and kept me in the loop when some flights got cancelled, quickly sorting alternatives. See you next time!
