Fraser helped me through the process of flying to Bali on my own, after the loss of my husband, and I am 79. But I remembered everything that he told me and everything went perfectly. I was a bit disappointed with Qatar Airlines. It was such a long flight and good film choice helps a lot. On my outward flight the system did not work. Quite old. Coming back was OK. Food and service great.
