Excellent service. The ability to speak to a UK agent to clarify any queries or confirm details is a standout level of service that differentiates you from other players in the market. This type of service has almost disappeared. I would usually ignore feedback requests but your service is excellent and I think you need to know how much your customers value it. We had an amazing, all inclusive deal which Ivor Savage tailormade for us and it all worked out fine. Although our destination was 'Winter Season' the weather was mixed but sunny most days with showers, but always a pleasant 23-24* - warmer than our summer in most of June.
