Airline from Vietnam to Bali was Vietjet who I would not recommend
Everything worked well including all transfers with good flights. Immigration at Denpasar was rubbish but that's not down to you.
We have used DialAFlight for many years and have always had excellent service especially with our wonderful contact, Nicky Degun who always goes above and beyond when sorting out our trips.
I would’ve liked a reminder email to check in online for the return journey …whilst travelling dates and days become non existent!

KLM Premium economy is comfortable - expensive but it works.
The hotels were fabulous and the pick ups and transfers were all there without problems. Hotels chosen were central to where we wanted to be. Hyatt in Bali outstanding
