I had a stress free trip to Zimbabwe and back.

When flying on an A380 into Jo'burg you need to allow quite a bit of time between connections if you want your luggage to make the connection. It take them a long time to unload an A380. Under 2 hours was not enough.

Jackson was efficient and complied with all our flight requests. However British Airways failed to live up to their standards by omitting to ensure both of the passengers were placed on the Special Assistance register throughout our journey

Never used Rwanda Airways before but pleasantly surprised at how quickly l got to Harare. Very reasonable flights and short transit time.

Have used DialAFlight for 7 years arranging our son's travels to school overseas. Our travel consultant advised us which airline took best care of unaccompanied minors and really came through for us in panic situations during the pandemic. Their customer service is second to none!
