Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Seemed to be a last minute hitch over return flight from Windhoek to Johannesburg but phoned Ian who reassured me everything was OK. And it was. Thank you
Excellent service
Your part great - BA not so much (cancelled flight on us that we then watched depart!)
Excellent service from Karl, who sorted out our flights. Sadly, our flight back to the UK was delayed by over 7 hours but that was the fault of BA and at least it was the return flight and not the one going out!
Our flights were on time, smooth, and comfortable, although we are getting a bit too old to travel long-distance! We very much appreciated the texts and emails reminding us to check in and telling us which departure gate to go to. We felt cared for and valued - thank you.
It would have been very helpful to have had the literature given at the "meet & greet" on arrival in Windhoek a month before departure to familiarise with routes between accommodation.
Thanks again Ryan and Guy, arrangements were flawless and we had a great trip. We chose to stay at Sheraton in Pretoria as we knew it from the past. However it has now gone downhill and needs a lot of money to update rooms etc. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful. Would not recommend it at present.
Although we were disappointed with our Cycle Tour through Namibia this was no reflection on DialAFlight. All the arrangements with flights and hotel was seamless. However we wouldn't use Ethiopian Airlines through choice ... on this occasion we had no options.
Cody was really helpful with advice on accommodation and car hire whilst finding the best flights and also reserving seats, which was really supportive. A great holiday to Namibia and South Africa
Thanks for all your help
Sebastian and his team are always so helpful - wouldn’t book with anyone else.
Always book with DialAFlight. Excellent service, helpful, polite and patient!
Our flight from Windhoek to Nelspruit on Airlink had a 20 kg baggage allowance which we didn't expect.
We always appreciate Tristan’s expert knowledge about flights and aircraft.
Very disappointed with the extra legroom on an exit row I paid for. In reality a little extra legroom but it was not on an exit and very disappointing for the price paid
Everything worked well and very good support
Excellent value, friendly and responsive. Ian and his team did a great job.
Excellent service as always. Jeff is the best travel agent we have ever worked with. He’s just brilliant.
All went well
All good from DialAFlightt. However the transfer from terminals B to C at Frankfurt airport and reverse on return was about 30 min walk and for some unknown reason involved a very strict security check
Jordan is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. He actually travels with you. Love him to bits.
Everything went like clockwork
I will certainly be using DialAFlight for future flight bookings. I have used them often and they do a great job.
Gareth Carver is a star!
As always, excellent service, always willing to help no matter the query
Excellent as always
DialAFlight’s service was excellent. However, Lufthansa’s part of the deal was very poor. Certainly not worth the cost of business class. Won’t be using them again!
Brody was very helpful and patient through a long and difficult process as our booking had to be altered and rearranged several times due to COVID. Planning our next trip now and highly recommend.
Excellent service as always. Always recommend
Noah’s service is excellent.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
