Stacey is a gem! Always so helpful and accommodating, always gets the perfect deal for us. Don't know what I'd do without her!
Very good as always
As usual a great service - we really like the fact that we can ask for a specific person who seems to know what we are after from previous conversations and helps us with our request professionally yet personally.
As ever, Elliott and his team delivered in a very professional and helpful manner - keep on recommending him to our friends!
Superb service, thank you
Both Dean and Darren were pro-active and have provided excellent service
Friendly and helpful agents
Very helpful staff who kept us informed of changes to our flight plan.
Luggage went straight through OK from Windhoek to Newcastle despite being on two tickets.
Callum always delivers exceptional customer service
Advised bags would be transfered at Johannesburg on way to Namibia with 90 min transfer. They weren't so we had to push through immigration and run to get bags and go through international process all again. On way back they transferred our bags.
Thanks to the DialAFlight team. Nothing was too much trouble with all our requests and amendments for our holiday in Namibia. We cannot recommend you highly enough to the people we speak to and look forward to dealing with you in the future.
Excellent service as usual
The agent we dealt with went the extra mile to help two pensioners who had not undertaken a long complicated flight like this since we were given paper tickets in the old days. Thanks for all the help
As always Danny was totally professional. Everything went to plan. Very impressed
I have recommended you to my friends. Also I will undoubtedly ask you to quote for my next flights in due course.
Thank you so much for booking these flights for us. I can certainly recommend you - and have done so - and with the service of Qatar Airlines we are also very satisfied.
Easy, clear booking process. Thanks for your advice Joe and reserving us good seats on our long trip to Namibia.
I cannot put into words how delighted we are with your service. Ed was fantastic and there wasn't a single hitch. I shall definitely be recommending DialAFlight to my friends and will be using you time and time again.
We have already recommended you to friends who have already booked with you and are also very impressed by your service.
Qatar Airlines are an excellent airline.
Have used DialAFlight several times in the last couple of years. Always very efficient, Spencer Ormerod in particular.
Another good holiday - worked like clockwork
I really like the personal contact a week before departure, just clarifying last minute details. Also a reliable backup team in case of any problems/queries.
All of the booking went to plan. Really enjoyed the Virgin lounge experience. I would suggest that you recommend travellers to Namibia hire an SUV or a 4x4 as the gravel roads were challenging in a Toyota Corrolla.
Another excellent flight organised by yourselves. Even when we noticed that the airline had altered our flights you swiftly returned us to manageable transfers. It's helpful to be able to call and talk plans or problems through with a person...usually Rory.
Great customer service - knowledgeable, helpful staff.
Not your fault but the wheelchair assistance requested for my wife was the worst at Heathrow T3. All other airports were fantastic.
Wouldn't go anywhere else for flights etc. Ryan is a star!
Everything perfect. Thanks for the pre-flight call
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
