As first time user of DialAFlight everything worked very well.
Minor issue. Could have had an email re return flights given KQ pilots went on strike.
More country-specific information would have been useful. For example, getting hold of cash in small denominations before departure. Liked the app and the arrangements were perfect.

You do not have to get a Visa on line . It is easier to pull down the Application Form and complete formalities on arrival . The Kenya website has been amended to that effect .

Never fly Kenyan Airways if you want to arrive on time. The general service they provide is poor. They have made significant losses over four years and reduced their staff by several hundred.

You were exceedingly proactive when you discovered Kenya Airways had booked us into a dreadful hotel for our stopover. You said you couldn't allow us to stay there and immediately arranged for us to stay in the hotel of our choice in Nairobi. Most companies would have left us to it hoping we were too far away to be a nuisance to them. You also were able to get deals we couldn't find online. Many thanks!
I wouldn't choose that route again. No flat bed on return Air New Zealand but mostly went smoothly .
