Great trip and everything went to plan as expected! Hotels met our expectations and appreciate DialAFlight for handling it all for us! Currency converter on app was helpful and the itinerary kept our travel plans on track. Only minor hiccup was that my partner was added as the main driver on the car but my bank card was used and they had to match so we had to change it on the day.
Helen and her team are the only agents I have dealt with for 7 years now as I live in London but am from America. She just got me home this past Sunday via an emergency flight that worked out so well. I can always count on Helen and Stevi.
I have had excellent service for the previous 10 years and never had a problem. I have consistently had the same travel manager which in this day and age is unusual. I can contact my representative confident that she will contact me promptly and resolve any issues I may have..

The Best Western Hotel, Music row is not in a good location. It is a long walk into the centre of Nashville…and includes crossing over the Freeway. The hotel does not have a restaurant and there is nothing close by.
Everything went smoothly. Would definitely use you again. BA let themselves down when they failed to bring our luggage from Heathrow. Had to wait 24 hours for next flight in to deliver it.

You did everything you could but BA’s computer would not let us check-in online and we had to check in at the airport and got rubbish seats on the flight out. Fine on the flight back.
