The outbound flight left an hour late and the inbound flight arrived an hour and a half late. The mobility assistance prior to departure was excellent. The assistance on return was a total shambles: 'Sorry mate, I finish at 8.00pm.' So I walked to Baggage Reclaim

We have gone off Swiss Air - I do not have a Swiss Priority Card so was limited to 23kg baggage and the seats have little leg room. Having said that for two people it was about £1,000 cheaper than BA! So maybe Swiss does have some redeeming features.

Glacier Express trip is worth considering for other customers. Either before the ski season (everything is open) has ended on 1st May or one month later when the spring flowers are in full bloom. Glacier Express was the best train trip I have had.
