Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Shelley has been amazing and very helpful - she even contacted us before departure to check we were okay with everything - what a nice touch
Lufthansa wheelchair assistance left me at gate 24 and then the gate changed but I didn’t know and no one came to take me to the new gate. So I missed my flight to Manchester. I got a later flight but I got no vouchers for food or drinks or an apology.
Excellent service from Harvey and his team. After booking we decided to extend our trip, this was no problem at all. He gave great advice about the car hire, and was very helpful on the phone when our flight was delayed. Made everything easy.
Thank you for your excellent service
Continue doing what you are doing - particularly the prompt telephone service! My travel manager, Leo Thompson-Persaud, for my recent 5 week trip to Vancouver Island was really helpful, friendly and professional. I have total confidence in DialAFlight for my worldwide travel.
Brilliant service from start to finish! Highly recommended.
As always perfect, third time we have used DialAFlight. Aiden assisted me this time and everything was superbly organised, no hassles at all
Only problem was a 5 hour layover for an 11 minute flight to Nanaimo
Everything worked out perfectly thanks to Rob and the team.
Brilliant as always. 1st class info. All helps to make a long haul tolerable. Many thanks to Cody and team.
Biggest plus was getting better connections and price than I was finding online, that and a friendly voice and advice over booking
Everything you arranged was top-notch. Your communication was first class and kept us informed. Would have no hesitation in using your company again
Perfect trip. 5 stars
Very good responsive service, all emails were replied to, quickly and clearly. Thanks DialAFlight team!
Air Canada were awful but love DialAFlight
My experience with DialAFlight is very good, Russell is always very helpful, as are the other staff I have spoken to and I do recommend you to other people. Our flight back was pretty horrendous due to weather problems in Canada and to top it all 2 of the lifts at Heathrow weren't operating.
Flights outbound were a disaster, but none of it your fault!
As always, excellent service, very good interactive app and good communication from ian and the team
Brilliant, many thanks
Excellent, friendly service.
Deborah always goes above and beyond and I have recommended her to several friends
Everything went fine, thank you.
Not enough time between return flights. Due to delay of first flight. Still waiting for luggage.
All went well.
Your staff are amazing. I was in Canada where the wildfires are and your team did everything for me. My flight was cancelled twice and your team rebooked me straight away. The out of hours team were also amazing. I would never use anyone else but your business. Thankyou to everyone that helped me get home safely.
Eric was consistently helpful and a pleasure to work with. He always followed up as promised and looked into lots of different things for us - I really appreciated his professionalism.
The whole trip went without a hitch. Excellent service
Vinnie gave excellent advice, holiday all went perfectly.
Trip very well organised
All went well. Many thanks to Alex and colleagues for sorting out flights at short notice.
