Travelled all over the world from aged 16 until 70 for work purposes. I would categorically say that DialAFlight is the most efficient, polite and professional travel agency I have ever used. Everything is as on the label.
We had no problems with the itinerary and everything worked well.
Brilliant service - our adviser Marie was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. I shall certainly be using DialAFlight for all future travel,
Thanks Pete for another great trip! Want to plan the next one now!
DialAFlight have always provided excellent service and this time was no different - we got some of the best customer service ever in difficult circumstances. Our holiday needed to be rebooked twice over a period of two years. Over all that time we have found Mason to be exceptionally helpful and when he was on furlough or not at work, there was always someone else to help us. If there was a travel agent of the year award, it should definitely go to him!
It was extremely useful to be able to compare several similar flights to Canada and select the best and most convenient. I would have preferred the information about all the paperwork earlier but the claim about answering the phone quickly is a real bonus and better than many other flight companies.
Very professional throughout. Having said that, Air Canada weren’t great … they need to sharpen up. Not pleased with the Vancouver / Whitehorse flights
Really good service. Had timely reminders and the agents were extremely efficient and friendly.
Excellent customer service. Throughout the process, the agents were helpful in solving cancellations due to covid and did everything possible to assist with rebooking. No requests were too small or too big to handle.
Very helpful
Very happy with all the support and advice that I was given. Excellent communication at all times. Dealt with politely and courtesy throughout.
Excellent service, thanks to Larry. Will definitely use DialAFlight again.
Connie was very helpful throughout the whole process. This trip had been two years in the making due to covid and with Connie's help we had everything we needed when we got to Canada.
As always trip went well and knowing DialAFlight was at the end of the phone day or night made it perfect.
Thanks to Sally and the team our trip was seamless as could be expected with airports and cancellations. Delays from BA, which are out of your control, made for a long stop between connections, so don’t think I’d use them again but everything DialAFlight did was superb.
Very helpful. Always available and responsive to questions.
Excellent help once again from DialAflight.
I really can’t fault your service - every detail was taken care of. This is the first time we’ve used DialAFlight and you will definitely be our first port of call next time we book a foreign holiday. Many thanks to Samuel for organising everything so efficiently!
I had issues with West Jet losing our luggage from Calgary to Gatwick but the service from DialAFlight no problem
Brilliant team. Thank you so much
Thank you for your help, you did a great job!
Brilliant staff. Response times amazing.
Everything went very smoothly. Flights and car hire were great, good timings. Ralph always kept us in touch with any changes made before departure. Great service.Thank you.
Our only comment is on returning rental car in Vancouver city centre. Very difficult to find where to return to and office being closed early on Sundays.
Thank you so much. I hope to go back to Canada next year and I will call you
Very helpful always. I recommend you everywhere! I am so glad you have managed to maintain this level of service during and after what must have been very difficult years. Thank you particularly to Daniel Webb
Ethan was very helpful but I did all the seat selection and luggage direct with BA
Thank you for your excellent service.
Elliot was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
Excellent service from start to finish, no hesitation in recommending to others
