The upgrade to Business Class was very unexpected on the way out. Service on both trips was excellent
All went to plan.
Superb service as usual from Tyler
Brilliant service from your team
Reminder to do online check-in on return flight would be helpful
As always had no issues. But reassuring to know if we ever have a problem we can contact 24/7.
All worked out very well going out and returning home. There was a slight delay going out but I was kept informed
Well done. Excellent service.
Efficient and extremely helpful. Checked up with me when flight was delayed and answered phone calls and emails immediately each time I made contact. Have recommended to friends. I can’t fault this service.
Made connection at Heathrow on outward journey with seconds to spare. Even 3 hour transfer time is insufficient owing to unreliability of BA shuttle Manchester to London.
Brilliant reliable and attentive service by Troy and his team. Thank you. Hope to fly again with you soon
We had a fantastic time in Vancouver and are looking forward to booking another trip again very soon
Hassle free, brilliant service as always.
Great trip as always
Excellent service as ever! Been using DialAFlight for 20 years and can’t fault it!
Thank you Jamie for your help booking this. Great job
Had nightmare journey out to Canada due to delays, cancellations, lost luggage. Had to get bus for last leg of journey.
Excellent customer support
BA - what a shambles, getting worse sadly.
Emergency travel to Canada. Jarvis was sensitive to the situation and provided options for travel.
The support is always in place. The helpful email reminders. The staff courteous and understanding. The best.
I would recommend DialAFlight every time.
Not considered DialAFlight before but will now use regularly. Jerry was very good and we were kept informed throughout, especially when the airline cancelled one of our original flights. Delighted with the service.
Great service from Saf. No surprises. An enjoyable trip
A dear friend of mine recommend Barney Morris and no regrets at all - the service he gave from start to finish was excellent.
The staff were helpful and quick to answer the phone. You were not kept waiting. I have booked with DialAFlight twice this year
The connection times on the outward trip were extremely tight. We made it by the skin of our teeth.
Many thanks to Teddy for doing such a great job in organising my trip - l have been using DialAFlight for many years and l have had excellent service.
Excellent service!
Special mention to Bradley Edy for all his help and assistance. Will definitely be using your company again

Overnight in Banff.
