Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
I am always pleased with the services provieded by DialAFlight.
Ryan who books all my flights is amazing
Thanks for your support Jed. Rwand Air were very trying
I've used your company several times and will continue to do so. Although not the cheapest you offer excellent service with superb communications especially, when through no fault of yours, things went a bit wrong with the airline.
Excellent as always.
Julie is top of the pops.
Bailey is the best sorting flights when I want to go to Zimbabwe or the USA and has been for many years,
Booking through you always gives me confidence that nothing will go wrong during my travel. You are so professional at the same time you make me feel part of a family. Thank you for being there for us.
Ethan and Matthew were fantastic in their ability to resolve changes to flights efficiently and without hassle. Thank you.
Once again, Zoe’s excellent planning and organisation was brilliant. Everything worked out well and my grateful thanks to Zoe and DialAFlight.
A pleasant experience. Friendly and helpful
Ryan is always such a joy to work with. Efficient and gives good tips
The change in flight details was handled really well. The app was outstanding. We were very grateful to have booked through DAF!
Huge thanks to Zoe Lane who went above and beyond yet again. I’m so pleased I deal with DialAFlight as her service is of the highest quality.
Excellent all round, especially Oscar
All went well, Bailey booked us upper class on Virgin Atlantic to Zimbabwe via Joburg,
Well done Riley
First class attention. Very pleased with the support and information given by Emma. Very impressed
I had a stress free trip to Zimbabwe and back.
Everything went very well.
Very good service. Your answering of the phones is excellent.
It was the second time of using DialAFlight. Shane was extremely helpful and very efficient on both occasions.
We have always been looked after by Jack Sulliman. He provides an 'above & beyond' service combined with immeasurable patience! Our flights could not have worked better and we are now big fans of Kenyan Airlines Biz Class!
We always recommend you to our friends and colleagues.
I’m really happy that I booked my flights with Jeff, rather than doing it myself. Our connecting flight to Victoria Falls was cancelled by the regional airline, with no offer of another flight on that day. Jeff sorted it all out and booked us onto a flight with an alternative airline. It would have been very stressful if I had to sort it all out myself.
Saf was amazing. Very helpful and responded to questions in a timely manner. Would definitely book with DialAFlight again.
Will definitely be using you again
Fantastic all round! As always!
Trip was excellent ... everything worked according to plan once again
Great service from Stan Castle.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
