Ethan is so helpful - excellent service.
We have used you over the past 12 years and you have always been informative, helpful and understanding particularly Gino.
Roger was extremely helpful - and proactive, which is increasingly rare in service providers and much appreciated.
Quick response to enquiries and heads up about visa requirements
Tommy Ellis made my booking experience so easy
Frazer was excellent. He explained the process from start to finish. The flight was smooth with no issues. I am very, very grateful and impressed. I will definitely be using in the future.
Isaac is the best. He communicates and makes sure he explains everything in detail. Happy client
I keep using Sebastian because I get honest advice that I can depend on. His service has been excellent and he always gives me the best options.
Thank you for a good flight
Jackson was efficient and complied with all our flight requests. However British Airways failed to live up to their standards by omitting to ensure both of the passengers were placed on the Special Assistance register throughout our journey
Never used Rwanda Airways before but pleasantly surprised at how quickly l got to Harare. Very reasonable flights and short transit time.
Stafford Bever as usual was brilliant
Saf is so supportive and helpful. Even when I try to beat him on price…which is very rare! Have recommended to many
Very helpful, will use you again
Brilliant experience
Excellent service
Ethiopia Airways services were below my expectations. Would like to try another airline next time.
Have used DialAFlight for 7 years arranging our son's travels to school overseas. Our travel consultant advised us which airline took best care of unaccompanied minors and really came through for us in panic situations during the pandemic. Their customer service is second to none! Highly recommended!!
Julian dealt with our flight changes due to Kenya Airways pilots strike - seamlessly finding us an alternative to Harare with Ethiopian Airways
Check in and transfers for business class at Doha airport were very poor compared to other airports.
Excellent service. I hope passengers doing their own bookings realise they can’t do better than professionals like you.
It was a trip with many delays but thanks to Samuel's efficiency it was without added stress.
The flights went well. I've used DialAFlight for many years and it's my go to for big trips and recently smaller ones. I recommend you to everyone!
Thank you Jeff! Everything went perfectly and both you and BA provided exceptional service.
Dealt with Shelley Dimes who was absolutely brilliant, so helpful and professional and was always at the end of the phone every step of the way. High praise to her.
Fabulous service, thank you Eric
I will definitely recommend family and friends to use your company
Received good service from Jordan and would definitely go to him again if I need to book flights! Very efficient
I was always informed of changes, which is highly appreciated. I thank you DialAFlight.
I always book with Oli directly and he is always helpful. On my recent trip my flight was delayed which meant that I missed my connecting flight. Oli contacted me to check that I was OK.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
