Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
We encountered major probelms outside of your control but you did your upmost to help. Thanks
Boris helped us to get the best available flights for our trip and at a competitive rate, thanks. Would definitely use this company again and always recommend
Russell Harrison was extremely helpful and gave us good options for our trip.
Everything went well with flights. Ivor was great with communication and sorting things
Thank you Patrick Howe for organising our trip which we very much enjoyed.
There was always someone available to answer any questions.
Mark Cushway looked after my needs perfectly
Our return flight was cancelled by Virgin however they booked us on the next day's flight with BA and will compensate with another holiday
My only comment is how inferior BA are to other airlines on these routes. However I suspect they were chosen as they are the only airline flying direct to Hyderabad. A great service overall by Owen and his team
Always prompt to respond and very helpful
Absolutely fantastic service as always
It’s not your fault, but my wife wanted to go directly so had to use Air India. Don’t ever recommend Air India to anyone, my worst experience ever. But I blame my wife for the biggest mistake I ever made!
Great service as always.
Superb as ever but shocked at the lowering of Emirates' standards of service since last used. As with current BA, would now look elsewhere
One of the best holidays we’ve had.
Always looked after by Stacey Rayner and her team.
So helpful - excellent service
Great service, as ever!
Never failed me yet
Our flights went well and there weren’t any problems
Everything worked out perfectly and I would like to thank Ralph and the team for a perfectly organised trip
Very helpful. Thank you
Declan McClean is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.
Roger was proactive and helpful every step of the way and when we did face problems he fixed them
Seymour has been fantastic and would not hesitate to use again
Thank you to Dominic and his team for always being so patient and helpful. Always reassuring to have someone to actually speak to and never feel a nuisance.
We would definitely use DialAFlight again. Christian was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He answered any queries we had and we felt confident dealing with him
Excellent service from booking to departure.
Excellent communication - won’t hesitate to use you again
Gavin is great - on the ball and gets us good deals and makes sure it all works.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
