Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
The connections were too tight which was stressful. LHR to CDG was late and i nearly missed the flight
As always an excellent and efficient service from DialAFlight
Your personal service and problem solving was superb throughout, particularly when RwandAir kept changing their flight times at very short notice. Sorting out the mistake that RwandAir made in splitting our bookings from Lusaka to Kigali on the return flight was gold dust - I wouldn't have known what to do. Thank you very much.
Kieran and team are amazing
Everything went smoothly and to plan. Another excellent trip thanks to DialAFlight
Thanks for your interest and support. Excellent service, very caring.
Lucas gives a wonderful service
I will definitely be using you for all my flights. Service was perfect… Orlando, thank you
Excellent services.
The airline complicated the trip with cancellations but Doug was excellent in sorting things out. Contacting me on a Sunday afternoon was very helpful and eased things for me knowing he was on the case
Everything went excellently - both on and off the 'plane
Everything went fine and our travel was as expected.
Missed an outbound connection due to BA flight delay. Good job that we had booked with Teddy. Next flight sorted eventually even though we arrived at our final destination 11 hours late.
Excellent service all round and your wonderful app makes life much easier for the online aspect. Superb!
As ever Calvin was extremely helpful in planning our flights and dealing with several changes and amendments.
Don't change anything. It was excellent.
Very pleased especially as it was our first flight booked with DialAFlight
There are not many people or companies I recommend - it’s often better not to get involved. But Dave and his team I have used for many years and would recommend in a heartbeat! I actively encourage friends to speak to them rather than waste time with other agents or online sites.
The team as a whole but especially Teddy and Les always look after me
Emirates food is pretty dire....
Prompt and helpful responses to queries
Used you guys for years and always an excellent service. Always have and will recommend you to my contacts. Cameron did an excellent job keeping me calm and making things easy (thank you!)
Thank you for a caring service - all the information I needed in a very understandable and user friendly format
Sean Furnival went way beyond the call of duty keeping us informed about our planned trip. He reassured us constantly over the past couple of years as we had booked this trip before lockdown and only got to travel this year. Will definitely use DialAFlight for future travel.
Conrad and his team really go the extra mile and really reduce the stress of travelling. They also care about us passengers! Can't say that very often in this day and age.
I’ve used DialAFlight on many occasions and always found them very helpful.
Everything was excellent as always and thank you to Teddy for looking after me so well.
Reece was very attentive to all our needs
Conrad a star as usual especially with all the uncertainty over travel certificates
You guys are the best! Your professionalism is next to none. You know how to deliver an excellent service and I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family..
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
