Many thanks to Tristan, very helpful and polite.
I would have liked to have had seats booked for the journey back
Rocky got us the best deal and comfortable smooth travel going and coming back
Your help is essential and appreciated. Lucas and his colleagues go the extra mile.
Great service as usual. I will be back
Conrad in your Manchester office was most helpful in every respect
You dealt with our initial enquiry well and booked the flights. You then helped again when there was a need to alter the travel plans Many thanks
You made my needs seem very important and Kenya Airways was very efficient and professional both ways, really enjoyed my flight.
Dubai airport is a nightmare
So grateful a reasonably priced ticket was found for me! Ethiopian Airlines very good. But the security checks at Addis Ababa involves an intrusive body search which I rejected! Zambia/Lusaka used just the magnetic baton front and back - sufficient as I'm not on the terrorist list!
Very happy with the customer service. Very pleasant agent
Danny Shwarma was our representative! He couldn't have been nicer and the call he gave us the day before our flight to wish us well was completely unexpected and very pleasant. Thanks!
Fantastic job, Darren
Happy to recommend to everyone
Perfect service.
I will always book with you. Thanks for everything.
Pleased with booking and follow up service.
Perfect as always. Thanks Roger
Trustworthy and always update customer
Excellent personal service. Will use you in the future.
Thank you so much for everything, as always all the arrangements were perfect. Very many thanks for all your help.
Fantastic service at booking. Dexter was wonderful as always so thank very much. We look forward to more business with you.
Though we had delays on both legs of the journey this was to do with the airlines not DialAFlight which yet again provided us with what we paid for.
The booking was simple and flawless. We received updates at each and every stage till departure. All connections were problem free. The app is an excellent tool as it includes all aspects of our booking taking out need for printed paper. It was nice to know that support was only a phone call or email away if needed.
Good flight. We had no problems and will use your company again
Thank you for all your support and rapid responses to all my enquiries. Your flight arrangements made it simpler for me to focus on what really mattered. Great customer service still, after all these years!
Delighted with the whole experience of dealing with DialAFlight, especially Kennedy
All worked well. Thanks for helping us plan our travel dates accordingly
As usual, everything went smoothly.
Simply perfect. Well done
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
