I had to get back from USA early as they cancelled my flights. Leah was exceptional and got me sorted out and reassured me despite her being ill herself. What an asset to your Company. I have told all my family and friends how great you are. My American friends were amazed how accessible Leah was and how quickly issues were sorted out. Fantastic!
