I have always just booked flights, car hire separately but have to say I was really pleasantly surprised after using DialAFlight after they were recommended to me by a family member. The price was really competitive, the team were really proactive and helpful. It was almost a shock, when we needed to make some changes/ask questions, to be able to call up and almost always speak to a particular member of staff who was looking after our trip. Even when our point of contact wasn't available, they always emailed to check in with me or called back quickly. Fantastic service overall.

The Manchester team are excellent
We were delayed on our first flight which arrived in terminal 6 at LAX with one hour left. We then had to go out of this building and find terminal 2. There is very little signage and eventually we found there was a shuttle bus which we had to catch. Just a comment about where and how to find the shuttle buses would have been really helpful.
Amazingly it is simple old fashioned service that sets us apart from other travel firms. And yes, we really do answer the phone within 5 seconds!
