I would definetely use DialAFlight again, not sure about American Airlines after the flight from Charlotte airport to JFK was cancelled. Spent 3 hours in a queue to try to get another flight and instead of arriving in Heathrow at 7.20 am I didn't arrive until 10.30 pm
