Well done guys
Two hours to make an internal connection is very tight. The aircraft was 20 minutes late and we only got our connecting flight by the skin of our teeth! Other than that everything went smoothly
Customer service was excellent. We are sure to always use this service as our confidence and experience wss greatly boosted and very positive.
Harriet was very polite, helpful and efficient. I was particularly pleased that she called me a few days before departure to check everything was in place and to wish us a great time.

Great flights there and back, good leg room and standard of food. Bargain that the car hire was thrown in and it was so simple to rent/return the car. Lovely weather too - not that you organised that!

Nothing is ever too much trouble
Your service was excellent as usual. But the outward journey on American Airlines was appalling. We were in business class but there was no video entertainment, no headphones for listening to music, no champagne and two of the four choices of food were unavailable. All for a mere £5500!
