Nearly 25 years of booking flights, car hire, hotels and getting local advice. I fly around 6 times a year and filled my passport in 3 years so it's not just the odd flight - it's big stuff. NO complaints.

I was delighted to be on BA business class, because you got me such a good deal. But its design is stunningly bad, almost miraculously so. And the food was badly conceived, and mostly disgusting.

Once again an outstanding holiday from Ben. His recommendations never disappoint. He certainly knows his stuff!! I would definitely recommend booking your holiday through DialAFlight.
Slight problem with baggage not being booked on a subsequent internal flight but this was resolved quickly and efficiently by Duncan at DialAFlight.
British Airways Premium Economy is nowhere near as good as Virgin Premium Economy. But I won't blame DAF for that!
