Not mad keen on Jet Airways - very efficient but not very friendly
As always, service especially from Michelle, was excellent. Itinerary and all arrangements were checked with me prior to departure and all queries answered.
Oman Air flights were on time, boarding was done well before takeoff. Muscat airport has been completely refurbished or totally rebuilt and looks great.Happy to fly with them again

Really good value for money flights.
Really enjoyed both the Taj West End and Taj Mahal Palace hotels. The Golden Chariot train was very good but not quite up to the standard of Palace on Wheels. In all a fabulous time. Now we just have to plan the next trip, so will be in touch beginning 2017.

Michelle comes very highly recommended and after my dealings with her I can only say, " I have found a treasure !" Nothing is ever too much trouble. When looking at various options she never gives up until all possibilities are explored and that very quickly and willingly. I do a lot of travelling and it is a pleasure to know there is someone who is very pleasant and able that I can turn to.

Guidance was needed with regards to changing flights at Mumbai from International to Domestic and vice versa. It would have been helpful if the airline staff on the ground were trained to give some guidance to international passengers in assisting smoother transition.
