On our return flight BA changed the type of plane and put us in different parts of the Premium Economy cabin. We did manage to get seats together eventually with the help of staff at the airport and all was well. But this has seriously dented my opinion of BA and in future I would like to consider other airlines for long haul trips.

I found Aeromexico very good, even giving drinks on the 60min connecting flight Mexico City to Puerto Vallarta. Nice touch compared to Jet2 and TUI who left me dry on a six hour flight.
