Alice Springs -Uluru Sacred Sites & Sounds
After leaving Alice Springs you visit Mount Conner before reaching Ayers Rock Resort.First view the amazing collection of Indigenous paintings at the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, then tour the base of Uluru with your expert Driver Guide. Continue to the Kuniya Walk, and the sacred Mutitjulu Waterhole. In the late afternoon, experience the colour changes of Uluru as the sun sets over the world’s largest monolith, while sipping sparkling wine.
Ayers Rock, Mala Walk and Kings Canyon
Rise early and enjoy tea or coffee as the sun casts its first rays on Uluru, the Aboriginal name for Ayers Rock. Continue to the mystical domes of Kata Tjuta. On the way enjoy panoramic views of the southern side of Kata Tjuta from the dune viewing platform, before arriving at Walpa Gorge. Spend some time exploring the gorge and the conglomerate rock formations. In the early afternoon travel to Kings Canyon.
Kings Canyon - Alice Springs
Today you can choose between two guided walks at majestic Kings Canyon, another great wonder of Australia's natural world. After your trek you continue your journey back to Alice Springs through the desert landscapes. Your tour ends back in Alice and you leave with a wealth of memories from Australia's stunning Red Centre.
