Every country has its spiritual heart, and in the vast open spaces of Australia the place is Ayers Rock in the Red Centre. Uluru, to give Ayers Rock its Aboriginal name, is a mystical place where the vivid sunrises and sunsets have to be seen to be believed. And you can watch them from the seat of a helicopter or a Harley Davidson motorcycle. The Red Centre is a magical area of Australia and you have three days to make the most of it.
Day 1
Arrive Uluru - Sounds of Silence Dinner
On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport you’ll be transferred to the resort (flights to arrive prior to 3.00pm). This evening, dine in the desert under a million stars at the awardwinning Sounds of Silence Dinner. As the sun sets, listen to the sound of a didgeridoo and join your fellow travellers for an unforgettable dining experience. Enjoy a gourmet buffet of Australian delicacies accompanied by fine Australian wines, then sit back and relax as a star talker takes you on a tour of the night sky (weather conditions permitting).

Day 2
Uluru Sunrise-Kata Tjuta- Sacred Sites & Sunset
Rise early to witness sunrise over Uluru (Ayers Rock), then continue to Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). Walk through Walpa Gorge, where you’ll follow the natural creek bed between two of the tallest domes. This afternoon, visit Uluru–Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, then tour the base of Uluru with a Driver Guide. Take a gentle walk to the sacred Mutitjulu Waterhole and view ancient Aboriginal rock paintings. Later, travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area, and relax with sparkling wine as the sun sets over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the myriad shades of colour for which Uluru is renowned.
