The only issue we had was that we were unaware that we had to fly to Gaborone from Victoria Falls, stay on the plane for over an hour then fly to Addis Ababa which added about 3 hours to our journey!

I’m really happy that I booked my flights with Jeff, rather than doing it myself. Our connecting flight to Victoria Falls was cancelled by the regional airline, with no offer of another flight on that day. Jeff sorted it all out and booked us onto a flight with an alternative airline. It would have been very stressful if I had to sort it all out myself.
