It might be a good idea to remind people of the extra local taxes when they have pre booked a hotel. We were expecting them ($140) but for anyone new to the States they could come as a surprise!

Very happy with your service and will use again. Clearing passport control at JFK takes approx 2 hours. Bags have to be reclaimed and then checked for internal flights plus another queue through security. This means it is easy to miss connecting flights. We had to queue jump and beg security to let us through to catch our connection.
When my return flight was cancelled you sorted out an excellent alternative within an hour! Amazing service!
