We loved our holiday to America. Lauren found us great hotels in prime locations which considered our itinerary requests and budget. I would definitely recommend.
Just one hiccup and no real blame. Arriving at our second hotel we were asked to pay as the payment had not gone through. A bit of a panic as it was 11pm in England but a quick call to the emergency number and within 5 mins it was all sorted.

Both flights excellent. We probably just about prefer BA to AA but little in it. Alamo car rental absolutely superb. Terrific car, booking system very user friendly. No hassle whatsoever.

The flights were delayed. Passport control was a joke. Our hire car was not covered by breakdown recovery so we had to pay extra.
It would be useful if information about where to go to get rental cars for the specific airport could be provided. Signs in LAX were few and there was nobody manning the information desk.
Cannot fault your service nor LHR assistance. However Dallas assistance in both directions was very bad
All went fine except that we had to pay for our luggage on flights from DFW to MIA and onto BGI.
Excellent service and advice as usual. Suggested I tried Air France to visit my family in Dallas. Superb choice
