I loved the Buck's Fizz and scrambled egg / smoked salmon freebie in Gordon Ramsay followed by a good flight. Doubletree hotel was ideal, hideous decor, ( all brown) but wonderful staff throughout and I was given a suite. No extra charge.
Everything went smooth as silk, just as Jeremy promised.

Help and advice was excellent. However would not use American Airlines again. Flight from Philadelphia to JFK cancelled! Rebooked onto a flight to Heathrow instead of Gatwick which was also delayed. The taxi back home to Shoreham in Sussex cost me £103.00!
I have been using DialAFlight for 2 years and would highly recommend them. Cameron has been managing all of the trips for me and he is a great asset to the company.
We were very disappointed that the Roosevelt Hotel in New York did not provide free Wi-Fi and were charging $20.00 per day. In this day and age I think that is very poor considering that everywhere we visited from a coffee shop to the Rockefeller Building all provided free Wi-Fi . It would stop us staying there again.
My internal flight was such a basic ticket I had to pay extra to carry bags on board and wasn’t allowed a cabin bag. Apart from that minor thing I found the service and cost excellent. I will be avoiding flying American in future though - their service was awful!
