Make clear about the option to buy seats at time of booking if only paying a deposit as this can lead to lack of choice nearer the flight time.

Excellent service. The only blip I came across was not being able to check in online for 3 of the flights. It didn't matter - just the websites were not forthcoming with allowing it. DialAFlight were immediately helpful and re-directed me. Just as a note - I was told we had to collect our baggage at Singapore for a 10 hour stopover. It turned out that our baggage was able to go right through to Heathrow which was a blessing.

Advise any clients leaving from BHX that they need plenty of time to get up to departure gates and through security. It was a shambles there on the day that I flew out.

As always we received first class service from Calvin and his team. Our stay in Qatar was absolutely fabulous. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton and upgraded to the Club Lounge - which was incredible value for money (alcoholic drinks included from 12 noon until 9pm), breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and snax 24/7. The hotel spoilt me rotten for my birthday... I received 4 bunches of flowers from different staff members, 6 cakes, and other gifts. We could not recommend the hotel highly enough, as well as yourselves.
