Food on BA is disgusting. Movie offerings very poor

My only comment is how inferior BA are to other airlines on these routes. However I suspect they were chosen as they are the only airline flying direct to Hyderabad. A great service overall by Owen and his team

Minor thing but would have been useful to know that you can't leave an Indian airport check-in hall after you enter. We went in to see if check-in was open for our connecting flight and it wasn't for another 5 hours but we were then stuck in the airport.

Would not recommend London to Hyderabad via Dubai. Poor transit at Dubai. 20 minute journeys from terminal to plane on buses with no seating in the middle of the night. Also subject to significant overcrowding. Particularly unsuitable for those who have young children or are elderly.
