Very good service - special mention to Gavin who has offered first class service and even called the day before the holiday to make sure everything was up to date.
Nice trip: Hotel, great location and staff excellent. Only issue was that the front rooms that faced the square were noisy at night - due to revellers outside: the sound proofing windows could be better. Overall, happy with the experience.

Everything arranged by DialAFlight went smoothly with no problems and I had a fantastic time.
I think there are too many reference numbers. It would be much clearer if the number required by the airline for check in be in bold and red. I counted four different numbers for just two flights. Other than that, I was very grateful for the support given by James and his team.

When flying I always contact Laura Davies and her team at DialAFlight and I have done so for many years. She and her colleagues give a superb service and that special personal touch which is far superior to online booking.
EasyJet's insistence that passengers stand in a queue for at least half an hour once the flight has been called continues to be a bugbear.
