Would never Fly with Delta or KLM again. The hostesses were awfully rude and unfriendly. If we wanted to sit together on some flights we had to pay for an upgrade. Have travelled this route on many occasion would only now travel BA
You guys were great at DialAFlight. But unfortunately American Airlines and BA weren't very good. I tried to tell them that I had a milk allergy beforehand, but there wasn't an option to do so. When I asked before checking in they said I should have told them days ago. When I asked how I was supposed to do this no-one could give me an answer. So they fed me cream, cheese, milk and butter. Not caring at all that it makes my throat close up. Pretty poor service. I hope they know how to use an epi-pen for other customers with allergies.

Hayley provided the most excellent service! We had a complicated booking with a combination of flights, accommodation and car hire to Grand Cayman and the USA that had to correlate with family flying in from Philadelphia. Hayley managed to amend a booking at very short notice (against all odds) for which we were very grateful. So a very big thank you - we will certainly be back!
DialAFlight were very good although BA had an eight hour delay which was exhausting with an additional 12 hour flight ahead
