Micky and team were brilliant. BA cancelled our flight to Tokyo at 8pm, 13 hours before it was due to depart. His colleague managed to get us on a Cathay Pacific flight within an hour. If we had booked directly with BA we would never have made it to Japan. Thank you again!

I prefer to book through DialAFlight so I have the team behind me if something does go wrong. Book by yourself and if you are entitled to compensation the airline company will give you the run around to get out of paying.
